The worst

This app has never worked on my 2016 MacBook Pro. There is such a blunt lack of support that it isnt even funny. I contacted the developer twice over the course of a month, including screenshots of the app crashing, as well as a screenshot(and text document) of the Problem Report and no response. With no response I attempted the troubleshooting I would know on my own, uninstall, reinstall, check for updates of the app as well as MacOS, and finally rebooted the computer. With no assistance from the developer I promptly contacted Apple for additional troubleshooting who instead issued a refund for the issue. I accept the refund, however I would have rather it came out of the seller’s pocket instead of Apple’s.
